Italian psychoanalyst Massimo Recalcati, who enjoys great popularity in Greece, was in Athens as the guest of the Italian Cultural Institute of Athens and Kelefthos Publications to present a lecture at the Caravel Hotel titled: “The return of Telemachus”.
In his lecture, tickets for which were sold out within a few days, Recalcati, one of the best-known Italian psychoanalysts in the world, also spoke about his book: “What remains of the father?”. His new work was translated recently and explores a new version of fatherhood.
Podium and Managing Partner Vassilis Triantafyllou were there to provide interpreting services from Italian to Greek and vice versa. The event was moderated by psychoanalyst-psychotherapist and author Marialena Spyropoulou.
