Podium at the broadcasting of Barack Obama’s discussion-interview at SNF

In the context of our cooperation with the Hellenic Broadcasting Corporation (ERT), we provided interpreting services for the discussion-interview between the former US President, Barack Obama, and the SNF Co-President, Andreas Dracopoulos, that was broascasted live on ertnews.gr

Podium’s Managing Partner, Angelos Kaklamanis, conveyed Barack Obama’s interesting views on the ways to strengthen democracy and the importance of supporting the next generation of leaders, just like during the landmark speech of the 44^th President of the United States on the ideal of Democracy, which took place at the Stavros Niarchos Foundation back in 2016.

As Obama mentioned, “If we can give them voice and get them a seat at the table, then not only can we strengthen democracy, but we can also solve a lot of the problems that we face. But it’s going to be difficult…”.
